Refund policy

We want you to love your tile. If it is not right, unworn and unwashed pieces with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, or exchanged for another size while stock lasts.

Email hello@thefirstdraw.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover everything.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your order ships.
